Most of the projects I was responsible for, we worked according to the principles of Prince 2 and Agile or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Agile working is a collaborative and iterative approach to project management that prioritizes flexibility, customer feedback, and continuous improvement to deliver valuable and adaptable solutions.
Prince 2
In adhering to the various project management phases of the Prince2 framework, work is carried out in a structured and disciplined manner, resulting in the rapid and high-quality delivery at low costs of practically all projects for which I was responsible.
Agile
The business term, Agile, originally comes from the IT world, where it stands for developing software in short sprints (iterations). At the end of each short sprint, which lasts two to four weeks, working software is delivered. The customer provides feedback on this. The developers adapt the software based on this. This means that the delivered software is quickly tested in practice and offers more value to customers.
Prince 2
PRINCE2 is a project management methodology, applicable to all types of projects. PRINCE2 provides the steps you need to take in your project, and normal responsibilities of the team members. It’s customisable, so you can tailor and use for small and large projects.
Agile
In software development, agile practices (sometimes written “Agile”) include requirements discovery and solutions improvement through the collaborative effort of self-organizing and cross-functional teams with their customer(s)/end user(s)
